Matara offers a unique setting for any celebration. It’s an ideal place to bring family and friends together, with many spaces in which to gather and acres of gardens to explore.

Celebrations can take place inside the Matara Centre and in the special ambience of our oriental cloistered courtyard.

Special celebrations include: weddings, commitment ceremonies, baby naming ceremonies, renewal of vows, anniversaries, retirement parties, family gatherings, blessings, joyful remembrance services, coming of age, becoming an elder and cutting the ties that bind.

Everyone commented on how lovely Matara was and how much they enjoyed the grounds. Matara will always be a special place for us and we will come back and visit our tree.
