All Inclusive Mid Week Summer Special

We are now able to offer special all inclusive mid-week Weddings here at

Matara for those of you who are working within a fixed budget. We have put some creative thought into how we may offer a total Matara experience to include food and drink for half of our summer weekend celebration rate.

We always had a vision for Matara to be a place where people could reconnect with their innate spirit of joy and creativity. We wanted everyone to participate and have fun; enjoy lots of music, food and beer that you would expect at an old fashioned village fete.

On Tuesdays and Wednesdays we are offering a special all-inclusive rate of £5,000 for up to 75 guests, to include sparkling wine on arrival, wine with the meal and for the toast all set in the beautiful Matara centre. All tableware, VAT and service included. For parties over 75 people an additional charge of £40 per person will be charged.

Vegetable sausages with onion, mustard and tomato ketchup in pita bread. We can add baked jacket potatoes and a choice of 3 summer salads with fruit, herbs and edible flowers from Matara’s own garden

Chocolate choc chip, raspberry and yoghurt ripple, vanilla bean Rum and raisin, cookies and cream all served in chocolate dipped crisp waffle cones.

HOG ROAST BUFFET

Our traditional hog roast accompanied by lashings of our delicious homemade family recipe apple sauce and stuffing, with fresh bread rolls and gorgeous crispy crackling that tastes the way it used to.

A 65 kilo pig serves approximately 100 -150 people. You may even have some left over for late night pork rolls

Other alternatives....

We also have a combination roast that includes silverside of beef, breast of turkey & leg of pork. This serves approximately 100 people.

All of our meats are produced locally to ensure only the freshest cuts and ingredients go into our food and the animals are treated humanely.
