Winter weddings at Matara

Weddings in Kingscote can enjoy roaring fires. In the Matara centre we have a fire pit behind the Hilarium, where the wedding banquet takes place.

We offer your guest complementary choice of mulled wine, hot chocolate (alcohol - non-alcohol), toasted marshmallows, ginger biscuits and brandy eggnog as a special treat.

Wedding breakfast

Traditional winter buffet including Scottish salmon,Turkey & Bacon quiche and lots of chutneys. Warm roasted chestnuts are ideal. You can have all of your favorite food but add some winter touches like a squash dish, or warm pumpkin soup. Look for an all-white cake, decorated with snowflake patterns.
