CLEANERS

Location: Matara, Kingscote Park, Gloucestershire

Salary/Hourly Rate: £15 per hour for weekend shifts; weekday shifts paid at minimum wage

Contract: Casual Zero Hour (Multiple Positions Available) Flexible (select your preferred shifts each month; hours vary depending on business needs)

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for reliable and hardworking Cleaners to join our team on a zero hour basis. This role involves both event cleaning and accommodation cleaning, ensuring that all spaces are maintained to a high standard. You will help prepare venues for upcoming events, assist with accommodation upkeep, and ensure a welcoming environment for our guests.

This is a hands-on role that requires efficiency, attention to detail, and a proactive approach

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Clearing décor, furniture, and materials after events

  • Hoovering, mopping, and general cleaning of event spaces

  • Cleaning, restocking, and maintaining toilets and washrooms

  • Light outdoor sweeping and tidying

  • Assisting with room layout changes and setup for events

  • Accommodation cleaning tasks, including making beds, vacuuming, and maintaining rooms

  • Additional duties as required to support the smooth running of the venue

Please note: This role may involve manual handling and some heavy lifting.

  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team

  • Physically fit and capable of manual handling

  • Previous cleaning or events experience is desirable but not essential
